Amenities
The complex has 28 rooms, ensuring plenty of sun loungers and space around the heated salt-water pool. A ramp with handrails runs the full length of the pool, allowing guests with reduced mobility to enter and exit safely. The pool area includes new tiles, adjustable sun loungers, and umbrellas, all set around two large sun terraces.

Each one-bedroom apartment offers a private terrace or balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The sleeping area has a large wardrobe and air conditioning, while the lounge-kitchen includes a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a tall fridge freezer. Bathrooms feature a shower with strong water pressure, and housekeeping cleans the apartments three times a week.
Location
The apartments are directly across the road from the Puerto Rico Shopping Centre, providing immediate access to shops, restaurants, and bars without hills or steps. The beach is 900 metres away, and Gran Canaria Airport is 40 km from the property. The location is also a base for buses and taxis, with the bus stop a few minutes' walk away.
Pool & Sun Terrace
The outdoor swimming pool is heated and uses a salt-water filtration system, eliminating chlorine. A shallow end and a fence around the pool add safety for all guests. The two large sun terraces offer loungers and parasols, and the pool is open all year.
